Raymond O’Sullivan is the Founder and Managing Director of OSREND LTD, established in 2006. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ray has built OSREND around a commitment to quality workmanship, reliable project delivery and strong client relationships. He oversees the strategic direction of the business while working closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on programme and in line with client requirements.
Kevin Monger
Operations Manager
Kevin brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, specialising in drywall installation and suspended ceiling systems. His extensive experience includes working with a variety of fit-out and main contractors, giving him a comprehensive understanding of diverse project requirements, client needs and construction methodologies. This broad industry exposure has strengthened his ability to deliver high-quality finishes while working to demanding programmes and budgets.
